HUMMOS U BATATA

Ingredients:
1
15oz can Hummos beans (Garbanzos or Chick Peas), Skinned
1 medium Onion (white), diced
4 medium Potatoes, diced
1 16oz can Tomato Sauce
1/2 16oz can Water
1/4 cup Olive
Oil

- Skin the hummus beans, breaking
them in half whenever possible.
- Sautee the onions in oil over
medium-high heat until lightly browned.
- Add the potatoes and hummos to the
onions and stir.
- Add the tomato sauce and water.
- Stir and cover the pot.
- Once this comes to a boil, turn
the heat to medium and simmer for 15-20 minutes (until the
potatoes are soft).
